Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits on instructions from the Applicant, who is present in the Court today, that this application can be disposed of clarifying that the Family Court at Nasik hearing Petition No. A-113/2022, permit the Applicant to appear in the matter through video conferencing on dates when her physical presence is not required, upon an application in that behalf.
