It is however made clear that the Petitioner-wife shall co-operate with the Family Court in view of the nature of the order passed by this Court requesting the Family Court to decide the Petition within the time frame stipulated. The Family Court is free to proceed with the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Even the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife assures this Court that the Petitioner would co-operate with the trial Court and will not seek any unnecessary adjournments. 1/2
