Mr. Suryavanshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi to re-call the order dated 22nd April, 2017. Liberty as prayed for, granted.
