By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing first appeal, challenging Judgment and Award dated 07.01.2007 passed passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.264/2011 holding that Respondent/claimants are entitled sum of Rs.35,05,008/- by way of compensation with Chitra Sonawane 1/2

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and the averments made in civil application,I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.
