P.C.:- The period to deposit the tax (Rateable Value), as has been directed by the Trial Court in Clause No.i of operative part of Order dated 3rd August, 2021, is extended upto 30th November, 2021. It is made clear that, the time to deposit the said amount will not be further extended in any count.

It is needless to mention that, upon deposit of the said amount by the Petitioners, the Small Causes Court will consider to hear the Municipal Appeal St. No.1035 of 2019.

If the Petitioners fail to deposit the said amount within this 1/2

ssm 2 21-wp5505.21.doc extended period, the Municipal Appeal St. No.1035 of 2019 shall stands automatically dismissed, without further reference to the Court. Till 30th November, 2021, the Demand Letter dated 23rd August, 2021 issued by the Respondent-Corporation, is kept in abeyance. Writ Petition is disposed off, in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.
