This is an application seeking extension of time to deposit an amount of Rs.2 lacs as stated in order dated 8th June, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.29 of 2017.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant had deposited an amount of Rs.2 lakhs and he was released on bail on 20th June, 2017. The applicant was supposed to deposit an amount Rs.2 lakhs within a period of four weeks from date of his release. It is submitted that on account of financial constraint the 1/2

Considering the submissions advanced at the instance of the applicant, the time to deposit the balance of Rs.2 lakhs as stated in order dated 8th June, 2017 is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
