Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 and the learned A.P.P for the State. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R No. 181 of 2015 registered with the Sangli City Police Station, Sangli, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the pendency of this application and pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the applicant and the respondent 1/3
No. 2 (complainant) have amicably settled their dispute. The respondent No. 2 is present in Court. The learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2 has tendered an affidavit of the respondent No. 2, wherein she has stated that the applicant has snapped his relationship with one Sharvari Pawar and is now cohabiting with her (respondent No.2). She has stated that they have decided to live together and lead a peaceful life and that she does not intend to prosecute the applicant in the present case. She has also given her no objection for the grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, application is allowed and the applicant is granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
