After the hearing of this writ petition progressed for some time, Mr. Bhadrashete, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a revision application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 with an interim application seeking interim reliefs. 2.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
