DATE : APRIL 4, 2019 P.C.:- Mr.Pise, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take out an application under Order 39 Rule 2a of the Code of Civil Procedure ('the CPC' for short) before the trial Judge. 2.
The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.

If the petitioner takes out an application under Order 39 Rule 2a of the CPC, learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date on which the same is filed. 4.
It is, however, made clear that this Court has not adverted

The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
