The limited prayer in the Petition is as follows : "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.4 to forthwith decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 15.11.2017 and subsequent letter dated 16.12.2017 in respect of Gat No.220/3 admeasuring 80 R at Village Rahu, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune and put the petitioner into the possession of the said land."

It is not in dispute that the 65% of the amount from the total compensation of the Petitioner has already been deducted by the Respondents.

In the circumstances we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.4 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 15.11.2017 and subsequent letter dated 16.12.2017 in respect of Gat No.220/3 admeasuring 80 R at Village Rahu, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune, within a period of four months from today.
