Learned Counsel for the applicant, at the outset, seeks leave to withdraw the application, as the trial is being expedited. 3.
The applicant hails from Kashmir and has been charged for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 23 of the Unlawful SQ Pathan 1/2
ba.1681.14.doc Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. The learned A.P.P states that charge has been framed in the said case on 18th October, 2013. 4.
Considering the peculiar facts of this case, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to hear the case as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
