This Petition is based purely on apprehension. This Petition is filed stating that even though the Petitioner is fully qualified as a bidder, the Respondents may not consider his bid.

We decline to entertain such anticipatory Petition. In case the bid of the Petitioner is rejected, it is always open to the Petitioner to challenge the same on the grounds as are available in law.
