2. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 12.06.2022. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

3. The Petition dated 20.05.2017 prays for several reliefs. The Petitioner has now been transferred to Yerwada Open Prison, Pune on 02.10.2018.

4. In view thereof, the grievances expressed by the Petitioner would therefore stand redressed. In case if the Petitioner requires any further medical treatment, the Petitioner is directed to apply to the competent authority.

5. With the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

6. Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn, shall communicate the same to the Petitioner. Copy to this order be also forwarded to the concerned Sessions Court where the Petitioner's trial is going on.
