The Civil Application pertaining to an alleged scam of misuse of Transferable Development Rights. Vide order dated 23.04.2008 it was directed that the Anti Corruption Bureau should enquire and submit a report. Vide said order, Anti Corruption Bureau was impleaded as Respondent.

Anti Corruption Bureau submitted a report and prayer made in 1/2

(13) CAI 91-09 the Civil Application is to direct the Standing Committee of the Pune Municipal Corporation to sanction prosecution of the officers of the Corporation who are indicted and not side track the issue by appointing Advisory Body headed by a retired Judge of this Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Anti Corruption Bureau states that the sanction is granted. Prosecution has been initiated against the officers of the Corporation found guilty.
