The main grievance of the petitioner is for transfer of his case to some other court for expeditious trial. He has also prayed for his release on bail. 2.

Learned PP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been released on bail after filing of this petition. 3.

In view thereof, the prayer of the petitioner to release him on bail stands satisfied.

In case the trial arising out of Crime No.325 of 2016 registered with Jejuri Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 364A, 394, 395, 386, 397 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is still pending, the concerned Court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

We hope and expect that the accused as also the prosecution will extend full co-operation for early decision of the trial. 6.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
