On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as statutory alternative remedy is available for the Petitioner, to move to the Armed Forces Tribunal, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition, with liberty to the Petitioner to take steps within three weeks. The learned senior counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions and also in view of the Supreme Court order passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C ) Nos. 30791-30796/2015 on 20.11.2015 in similarly placed matter, makes a statement that the Respondent will 1/2

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, with liberty. All contentions kept open.
