Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Kudlakar, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 to 5. 2.
Mr. Patil submits that parties have filed consent terms in the City Civil Court Mumbai in Civil Suit No.8198 of 1986 and controversy between the parties is amicably settled. Respondent No.11 Blaze Advertising Private Limited is deleted from the proceedings in the City Civil Court, Mumbai. Mr. Patil has tendered letter dated 6th June, 2018 addressed by the petitioners No.2, 3(a), 3(b) and 4 instructing him to withdraw the Petition as controversy between the parties is settled. He has also tendered photo copy of Roznama of City Civil Court dated 8th May, 2018 whereby suit No.8198 of 1986 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Mr. Patil states that petitioner No.2 is present in the Court and Ms. Vidula Girish Warwdekar, Power of Attorney of rest of the petitioners is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copies of Aadhaar Card of petitioner No.2 Girish Warawdekar and Vidula Girish Warwdekar. The same are taken on record and marked "B colly" for identification. Mr. Patil has also tendered photo copies of Power of Attorneys given by rest of the petitioners in favour of Ms. Vidula Girish Warwdekar. The same are taken on record and marked "C colly" for identification.

Mr. Kudalkar confirms that controversy between the parties is amicably settled. Mr. Kudalkar states that Siya Shivanand Wagle, representative of respondents No.1 to 5 is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of her Aadhhar Card, which is taken on record and marked "D" for identification.

In view thereof, Mr. Patil seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Patil, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
