By an order dated 19.7.2017 the interim relief was granted to the applicant.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the intervener and the learned APP. for the State. Perused the charge sheet.

The record indicates that in the present crime after completion of investigation the police have submitted charge sheet. It is the precise allegation against the applicant that, the applicant hit with help of stone on the leg of the informant due to which he suffered an injury over the leg. The record further indicates that other accused persons have already been released on regular bail. After taking into consideration the facts of the present case, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 19.7.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, condition to attend the concerned police station is waived. 5.
