7-caf-3064-2016.doc There does not seem to be any intentional delay or want of bonafide. It is trite that an application for condonation of delay should receive liberal consideration so as to advance the cause of substantive justice. The reasons assigned in the application make out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 22 days. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed.
4.
Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) The application stands allowed.
(ii) The delay of 22 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned.
(iii) The appeal be registered.
