Learned A.P.P. Mr.Gavand, on obtaining instructions from the Axis Bank through the Investigating Offcer, states that the entire loan amount is repaid and the loan account with the Axis Bank is closed. A report to that effect from the Axis Bank is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. The report also states that the complainant has collected the NOC on 22/07/2022.

In the wake of the aforesaid, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, since the complainant alleged that there was a default in payment of vehicle loan by the applicant, but now it is cleared and the loan account is closed. Hence, the following order.
: ORDER :
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.07 of 2022 registered with Wada Police Station, applicant-Nishikant Mukund Jadhav shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and should not tamper with evidence.
