DATE : 01 NOVEMBER 2023 P.C. :- This group of Petitions is placed before the Court under the caption "For Directions" as the Registry was to submit a report regarding the status of the Petitions as some of the Petitions have been transferred from Nagpur Bench of this Court to the Principal Seat.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner only in Writ Petition No. 7729 of 2013 is present and the learned AGP who appears in all matters. Also the learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No. 8417 of 2013. 3.

Registry has endorsed that the papers of Writ Petition Nos. 8403 of 2013 and 8412 of 2013 are not traceable. The Registry

has stated that no order regarding notice is issued in Writ Petition Nos. 10565 of 2014, 7729 of 2013, 9595 of 2013, 11366 of 2013 and 8417 of 2013. The Registry will examine and if no notice is issued to the Respondents in these Petitions, then the Registry will issue the notices to the Respondents making it returnable on 18 December 2023. The Petitioners will supply copies for the notices. If the Petitioners do not take steps to supply copies for notice to be issued and the notice is not issued in view of the same within a period of two weeks, then the Writ Petitions will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In the matters where notices have been issued but not yet served, the Petitioners will give fresh notices to the Respondents and file affidavit of service.

By next date the Registry will locate the papers which are stated to be not traceable within a period of two weeks. Failing which, will take necessary steps calling upon the Advocate for the Petitioners to reconstruct the papers.

Since some of the matters have been transferred from Nagpur Bench of this Court, the Registry will inform the order passed today to the Advocates appearing for the Petitioners in those Petitions so that they can comply with this conditional order. MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
