By this Civil Application, applicant/insurance company is seeking condonation of 261 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 6th August, 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 132 of 2002. 3.
