KACHARE REGISTRAR (JUDL-I) Date : 23rd AUGUST 2022 In view of the notice dated 10th May, 2022, it was notified for the information of the all Advocates and the parties appearing in-person to comply with ofoce objections in all the Writ Petitions in Indirect tax matters under Central Acts and State Acts (including Excise Duty, Customs Duty and Service Tax.), SARFAESI Act, 2002 and IB Code Matters against Order Passed by DRT & DRAT & Family Court Appeals which are pending under the ofoce objections on Original/Appellate Side, by 30th June 2022, failing which same will stand rejected under Rule 986 of High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980/Chapter V Rule 5 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 without further reference to the Court.

The Petitioner in the present Writ Petition has not complied with the aforementioned directions in the notice, so the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
