Leave granted to the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition and place on record the Communication dated 28th March, 2022. By that Communication, the Petitioner has made a request for considering his service as part time lecturer from 15/06/1992 to 14/07/2007 for being eligible under the old pension scheme. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The limited relief sought in the Writ Petition is to issue direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner's request for treating his part time service for eligibility to benefits under the old pension scheme. According to Petitioner, 50% of part time service from REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Rekha Patil 1/2 REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2022.04.22 11:54:45 +0530

22-WP-2392-2022.odt 15/06/1992 to 14/07/2007 is required to be taken into consideration for this purpose. The Petitioner is rendering service as a full time lecturer from 15/07/2007. He would attain the age of superannuation on 31/07/2022.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner's request made in the Communication dated 28th March, 2022 in accordance with law and preferably, within a period of three months from production of this Order.
