Suryawanshi submits that this intervention application has been filed by the widow of the deceased/victim with a view to espouse her cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The Application is allowed.

2) The applicant in Bail Application No.1360/2015 is hereby directed to implead

2/2 the widow of victim namely Smt. Sandhya Praful Patil in Bail Application No.1360/2015 as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
