The learned counsel for the Respondents states that the Civil Application as well as Revision Application will not survive as the Suit has been dismissed for default. He states that the proceedings against the order of dismissing the suit is pending. 2.

None appears on behalf of the Applicants.

It is not necessary to entertain the Applications at present since the Suit itself has already been dismissed for default and is not restored as of today.
