On 5th August 2016, noting absence of the applicant, this court directed issuance of notice to respondent no.1 making it returnable after three weeks. In addition to court notice, private service was permitted. The office endorsement shows that spare copy was not supplied in order to enable the office to issue notice to respondent no.1. Affidavit of service is also not filed as seen from the office note. Today also, none appeared for the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present application. Hence, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
