This is an application for fixing an early date for final hearing. 2.

The applicant appears in person. He has submitted that the incident of trap had taken place in the year 1998. The Trial Court had decided the trial in the year 2012 and since then, the appeal is pending. The applicant is due to cross his retirement age within 4 years. He is suffering from past 24 years and therefore, the appeal needs to be decided. Other interim applications are also filed by the applicant.

Considering these submissions, appeal be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 10th October, 2022. The applicant is granted liberty to mention the matter once it appears on the final hearing board, after giving notice to the other side. 4.

Accordingly, Interim Application No.2463 of 2022 is disposed of in above terms.
