The report tendered by the Investigating OfÏcer through Mr. Yagnik, learned APP is taken on record. Perusal of the report discloses that upon investigation of the offence, it is noticed that such offence had never occurred. The report to that effect since is submitted to the Court of appropriate jurisdiction, nothing survives in the Petition to be considered at this stage. 2.

We expect the concerned Court to pass appropriate order expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
