Learned counsel for the Applicant states that Respondent No.2 was a CoDefendant and the dismissal of the application as against Respondent No.2 will not affect the prayer made in the present application. The cause made out for delay of 29 days having been found sufficient, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
