Learned AGP has placed on record a letter dated 16th October 2016. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. On going through the said letter it is revealed that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11733 of 2014 on 29th February 2014 has been complied with and amount of Rs.2,55,680/- has been deposited in the account of respondent University. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we are of the view that the order passed by this Court dated 29th February 2014 has been complied with. Needless to state that since there was no contest on

2 of 2 CP.331.2016 behalf of Respondent University, the Petitioner would be entitled to get Rs.2,55,680/- credited in her account. Steps to that effect be taken by all concerned, including Respondent University. The petition is disposed of.
