By communication of 30th November 2017, the Airports SONALI MILIND PATIL Authority of India ("AAI"), the 1st Respondent, referred to its Show Cause Notice of 23rd March 2017, and said that further action would be initiated as per the rules. AAI further alleged that a document submitted by the Petitioner was forged or bogus. For that reason, it said that no further tender would be issued to the Petitioner until a final decision was taken in the matter. 2.

Until date, there is no final decision.

On instructions, Mr Kothari, learned counsel for the 1st Respondent AAI states that final decision will be taken within four weeks from today i.e., by 7th February 2022. We accept the statement.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms with the clarification that we have not examined the rival contentions on merits. All contentions are expressly kept open. 5.
