1] This is an application for deleting the name of deceased partner of the respondent No.5, namely, Ismail Mohammed Lakdawala from the cause title of the Contempt Petition and to add the name of Mohammed Ismail Lakdawala @ Mommu, the existing partner of the respondent No.5 in the cause title.

2] For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
