The above Civil Application has been filed in the above Writ Petition seeking stay of the elections to the Respondent No.11 society. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/original Petitioner states that the elections to the society are already over in April 2015 and in view thereof, he states that the relief sought in the Civil Application has turned infructuous. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. In so far as the Writ Petition and Contempt Petition are concerned, since the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 and 9 to 11 is not present, the Petitions are adjourned for one week.
