1. On 31 st January, 2018, this matter came to be adjourned at the instance of the respondents. However, today it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioners have instructed their Advocates that they are not interested in pursuing the above petition since the unit of the respondent company wherein the members of the petitioners were employed, has closed down operations and the workers are no longer members of the petitioner union. In the circumstances, at the request of the petitioners Advocate, I pass the following order:- (i) Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. (ii) Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. (A.K.
