Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1.

Both, the petitioner as well as the respondent No.1 are present in Court. They have tendered the consent terms dated 24th April, 2015. Both the parties have signed the consent terms and the same has also been identified by their respective counsel. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

Vide the said consent terms, the parties have mutually agreed to withdraw all pending civil suits as well as criminal proceedings against each other. A sum of Rs. 20 lakhs by way of demand draft is handed over today, in the Court by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 towards permanent alimony of the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 has accepted the same.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, vide consent terms dated 7th April, 2015 nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Both the parties to abide by the consent terms. Undertakings given in the said consent terms are accepted. 5.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, in view of the consent terms. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn accordingly.
