Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that this Court (Coram:Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar, J.) vide order dated 2nd February, 2017, passed in Criminal Application No.321 of 2014 was pleased to reject the application preferred by the State, seeking cancellation of bail of coaccused - Vinod Tukaram Aatkale and Vikrant@ Manoj Pandurang

2/2 2-appln.359.2014.doc Aatkale, i.e Original Accused Nos.1 and 2, in the same C.R. He relied on the said order dated 2nd February, 2017.

The respondent was enlarged on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur, Solapur, vide order dated 7th March, 2014. Learned APP has not been able to show that after the said order dated 7th March, 2014, was passed, the respondent has violated any of the terms and conditions of bail. Hence, no ground is made out for interfering in the said order.

The Application is accordingly rejected and disposed of as such.
