This Writ Petition challenges an Order dated 27 June 2016 and 2 June 2016, passed on Exhibit-137 and 138 respectively passed by the Family Court, Pune. The petition is filed on 20 July, 2016.

Advocate appearing for the Petitioner never appeared in this matter. However, on 7 December, 2017, when none appeared for the Petitioner, this Court had passed an Order of issuance of notice to the respondent.

The office remarks shows that inspite of an Order of issuance of notice passed on 7 December 2017, the petitioner never took any steps to supply copies to the department, in order to serve the same on the respondent.
