Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, Petitioner has been transferred to Kalyan District Prison with effect from 07.08.2022. 2.

In view of above, the grievance of Petitioner qua him does not survive. As far as the grievance of co-accused mentioned in the present Petition is concerned, the said accused persons are at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievance. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
