Considering the submissions made before me today and also taking into account the fact that the learned counsel has shown willingness to work out the matter and the Appellant has engaged the same counsel, this application is allowed. Learned counsel Ms. Anjali Patil is permitted to appear in this case i.e. Criminal Appeal No.1059 of 2017 for the Appellant, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai.
