This is an application for Bail in C.R. No. 142 of 2018 registered with Ozar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 394,452, 504, 506, r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial has commenced and 4 witnesses are examined. The next date before the trial Court is 18th January, 2020. In these circumstances the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within two months. In the event, the trial is not concluded within two months from the date of the receipt of order, the applicant is granted liberty to prefer an application for bail.
