This is an application for modification of condition of attendance imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 29.4.2015 by this Court. By the said order the applicant is directed to attend the office of Anti Terrorism Squad, Vikhroli on every alternate Monday till disposal of the present appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, since the date of his release from Jail the applicant is sincerely complying the said condition and till date did not breach it. The learned APP. conceded to the said fact.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the

2 /2 905-appa-925-16 application, I am inclined to modify the said condition. 4.

The applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the Anti Terrorism Squad, Vikhroli on every first Monday of the alternate month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and to mark his presence during the pendency of the present appeal. Thus, the applicant will have to attend the said Anti Terrorism Squad, Vikhroli six times in a year i.e. on every alternate month. 5.

It is to be noted here that any two consecutive defaults in complying with the aforestated condition will attract the provisions of cancellation of bail.
