The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of FIR bearing CR No. 181 of 2016 registered with Bund Garden Police Station, Pune.

The learned APP brings to out notice that after completion of investigation into the subject FIR, charge-sheet is already filed. This statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the concerned RTO as well as Finance Company have not been made accused. The petitioner can file an appropriate application in this regard in the Trial Court which is seized of the matter.
