Learned AGP appearing for the State has placed on record an Affidavit sworn by Mr. Ravindra Mathpati, Deputy Collector, Rehabilitation, Raigad. In paragraphs 4 and 5 it is recorded thus: "4.
I say that by letter dated 30.1.2019, this office demanded Rs.3,00,000/- as a compensation for acquisition has been made to the government.

I say that I am filing the present undertaking, undertake to complete the acquisition proceeding by consent within 6 months from today and provide necessary access to the petitioners." 2.
It shall be obligatory on the part of the State Government to provide funds demanded by the office of the Deputy Collector, Rehabilitation, Raigad by communication dated 30.01.2019 forthwith. The Respondents shall comply with the undertaking in terms of paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Affidavit. The Respondents shall also complete the acquisition proceeding by consent within six months from today and provide necessary access to the Petitioners.
