He further submits that as per the Consent Terms, the parties have amicably settled the matter and therefore, nothing remains in Writ Petition No. 10205 of 2016. Petition is to be disposed of in accordance with Consent Terms.

The statements made at bar are accepted. The representatives of the petitioner-bank and respondent no.1 company are present in Court. Both the parties and their counsel have signed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are accepted and marked as Exhibit-1. Writ Petition No. 10205 of 2016 is hereby disposed of as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Consent Terms. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, further submits that in view of the amicable settlement between the parties and Consent Terms filed in Writ Petition No. 10205 of 2016, he seeks leave to withdraw Writ Petition No. 10192 of 2016. Leave is granted. 5.
The Consent Terms are filed in Writ Petition No. 10205 of 2016 and the matter is compromised between the parties as per instructions of the petitioner-bank.

In view of the Consent Terms filed in Writ Petition No. 10205 of 2016, Writ Petition No. 10192 of 2016 is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such.
