1. By this Interim Application, the applicant-original petitioner seeks to carry out amendment in the writ petition in terms of the schedule appended to the Interim Application. Writ Petition is not yet admitted. We are thus inclined to allow this amendment in terms of schedule appended to the Interim Application.

3. It is made clear that merely because we have permitted the amendment, none of the averments/contentions raised by the applicant are deemed to have been admitted by the respondents.

4. Respondents would be at liberty to file affidavit in reply to the amended copy of the petition within two weeks from the date of the applicant carrying out amendment in their respective copies. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter.
