During the pendency of the writ petition and on account of subsequent developments, presently there is no cause of action that the petitioner can maintain. In the event the petitioner succeeds in challenging the order of termination issued by the Management, then, depending upon the success and the nature of the relief granted in favour of the petitioner, if any, the petitioner can seek intervention of the authorities and if they refuse to assist the petitioner, he can maintain a fresh petition.
