This application is moved for cancellation of bail and setting aside the order dated 11th June 2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 37 of 2015 thereby granting anticipatory bail to respondent no. 2 i.e. original accused in C.R. No. 251 of 2014 registered with Mangalwedha Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 476, 468 and 177 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the original complainant has submitted that the learned Judge has not taken into account all reasons

He has further submitted that the respondent-accused has violated the condition no. 4 of the impugned order dated 2nd February 2015 as the respondent-accused has threatened one of the witnesses Dattu M. Dhandore and the N.C is recorded to that effect by the police. 3.

The learned prosecutor and the learned counsel for the respondent have produced certified copy of B-Summary report dated 19th January 2016 filed by the Investigating Officer before the learned Magistrate that case is to be filed.

In view of this B-Summary report, I do not find any ground to set aside the order. Hence, this Criminal Application is dismissed. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
