This application is moved against the order dated 23rd April 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Pandharpur District -Solapur, granting pre-arrest bail in Criminal Misc. Application No. 128 of 2015.

The learned prosecutor informed the Court that the trial has commenced and three witnesses are examined. There are no incidents of violation of the terms and condition of bail. Hence, this application is dismissed.
