The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record a photocopy of Death Certificate showing that the sole petitioner died on 27th May, 2014. The copy is taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification. He has also placed on record a printout of e-mail received from Mayur R. Patil, Son of the deceased petitioner on 5th July, 2017. In the said e-mail, he has stated that he as well as his family members do not wish to continue the case. The printout is taken on record and marked 'X2' for identification. As the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner have not applied for bringing their names on record within the time provided by law, the Petition does not survive and the same is disposed of.
